About Pennsylvania's 42nd Senatorial District The district is home to approximately 239,499 Pennsylvanians and is contained entirely within Allegheny County. It consists of the following municipalities: The City of Pittsburgh: (PART, Wards 01, 02, 03 [PART, Division 04], 04 [PART, Divisions 01, 05, 07, 08, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 19], 17 [PART, Divisions 01, 02, 03, 05, 06, 07 and 08], 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 [PART, Divisions 01 and 03], and 27 [PART, Divisions 01, 02, 03, 04, 06, 12 and 13], 28, 30 and 32) Townships:  Baldwin, Kennedy, Neville, Robinson, Scott and Stowe Boroughs: Bellevue, Brentwood, Carnegie, Castle Shannon,, Coraopolis, Crafton, Dormont, Green Tree, Heidelberg, Ingram, McKees Rocks, Pennbury Village, Rosslyn Farms and Thornburg.
